About the job:

 

Purpose:  To perform in a pleasant, professional and efficient manner, a combination of duties mainly related, but not limited, to check-in and check-out of guests which contributes to an overall positive experience in the spa.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Consistently offer a professional, engaging and friendly service.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests during check in and check out.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in all aspects of job performance.
  • Host guests through the facility and familiarize them with the surroundings while explaining the Rhapsody Spa story.
  • Guide the guests towards their specific needs when making reservations and offer multiple treatment bookings and up-sells.
  • Communicates all changes, cancellations and additions to the Back of House Leadership team.
  • Promote a safe working environment by adhering to Hotel health and safety standards.
  • Process transactions and adjustments spa software daily.
  • Accept responsibility for cash drawer and ensure it balances at close of shift.
  • Perform any duties and responsibilities as assigned, including check lists 

Education & Experience:

  1. High school or equivalent education required
  2. Pervious experience with Spa Soft Software is preferred
  3. Previous experience in spa and wellness is preferred
  4. Math skills needed to complete accurate calculations
  5. Proficient computer skills
  6. Be detail oriented and able to multi-task
